This table is amazing! I just finished putting this together a couple of days ago and i cant quit playing on it!! It will take about an hour and a half to put together maybe a little longer depending on how many people you have to help you. Requires 2 people to put together completely!! trust me i tried to do it myself and i could not no matter what i did!!
All in all wonderful table and store away wonderful!!!

Poor mechanical fasteners
By Rich
I purchased this table tennis table thinking it was a bit better than those you see in various Sporting Good chains, but with the full understanding that it was not a premium product either.
The product arrived in Florida (shipped from California) in good shape. The product was well packaged.
Assembling the product was easy and shouldn't be a problem for most people. Instructions were clear and illustrations were suitable enough to guide you through the process. Assembly took about an hour. You need at least another person to help however.
My main complaint is that the fasteners used to mount the legs to the base of the table surface are 1/4-inch wood hex screws. These screw into the fiberboard playing surface and offer very little support or mechanical integrity. By the time the screw goes through the metal mounting clips and into the wood, there is only about 1/8-inch of holding surface- totally inappropriate for this application. A simple metal plate with threaded or at least holes for the mounting screws would have been much better and wouldn't have added hardly any cost to the product.
We played on this table for a couple of weeks and already notice that some of the mounting screws are starting to give way.
You get what you paid for, but I would not recommend this product due to its inherently poor mechanical design. The two stars are for the product packaging and playing surface.

THIS TABLE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

THIS TABLE IS NOT STURDY AND BROKE THE 2ND. WEEK WE HAD IT. VERY UNHAPPY. THE HINDGES ARE WEAK AND THE BRACES NEED MORE SUPPORT.
