Works great
By pharoz
This thing works great and is consistent at serving the ball. They need a little fin in the interior top funnel area to force the balls to go through as sometimes the last 5-10 balls will just sit in the container and not be moved. I had to cut a piece of cardboard and tape it inside to force the last remaining balls through and now all the balls gets through. The machine is noisy if you crank up the dials, but it's not too bad. You can also tape a thick piece of paper along the top funnel so you can add even more balls without constantly reloading.
I'm just a garage player and find this a great way to improve my returns. It will definitely get you sweating after 2-3 round of smacking the balls back. Great workout for sure!

Excellent Product
By fourringa
I have owned this product for about one month and I am very happy. The placement/spin of the serves are very consistent. I have had no issues with jamming. For ball placement, one of the keys is to set the ipong in the proper direction at the start. The best way I have found is to stand behind it while it serves a few rounds and watch, then turn the base. With this method maybe one ball per round (75 balls) won't hit the table. Also, one of the keys is to set the back spin and forward spin correctly - which together effect the ball depth. Once these are set, there really is no adjustment unless you what to alter your routine with spin and/or placement. The manual goes through this. Overall, it seemed fairly easy for me. My kids , who are learning, love it as well. Great Product!

So far, so good. Does just what I need it to without breaking the bank.

The product went together easily. And the instructions were simple yet effective, enabling me to adjust the throw with minimal experimentation (if, for example, my kids wanted to practice just hitting the ball back). The only problem so far is that the last dozen balls or so do not feed consistently--they sit on the bottom rotating plate. I may try some of the mods mentioned by other reviewers, but it hasn't bothered me too much yet. Can't speak to longevity yet, will update in a few months.
