Great Product-from Ping Pong fanantic but that is less than half the story

Killerspin MyT Small Table Tennis Table, BlueBought table from Killer Spin via Amazon--its "German" quality table--read best--but got damaged in shipping with flange where net pins attach to table.
First on this table--other minis not nearly the quality--especially the surface for those who prize bounce/speed.
But to the matter at hand, always had a good experience with Amazon, this was first one where I felt mis-treated as shuffled off to offshore call centers--who had people with no knowledge or authority--giving me corporate-speak. Needed me to ship bulky,heavy table back for replacement which was impossible from Fire Island. All I needed was simple replacement brackets shipped to me! I had damaged goods photoed on my iPad. Still it did not fit their/IBM/GM corporate, nonsensical check a box! Like dealing with an insurance company--help Seattle you are better than this!
Out of frustration called vendor, Killer Spin, directly. Dave Seaquist, customer service manager, said although it was Amazon's problem they would find brackets and ship to me at no cost. They follow Rule number 1-3 the customer is always right. Awesome--they got me and I will spread the word!
Sadly Amazon has lost that on this sale. I know--they can fix this.
Matt Meehan--still Prime and proud--but a little embarrassed for Company I really like.

Bad packaging

This came in all chipped and cracked on every corner. I had to return it bc it was unusable and for the cost I could be buying a full sized table off Sear.com. Wish I could give 0 stars.
