Excellent product
By H. Torres
Excellent quality table. We all enjoy it!! It takes 2-3 hours to assembly.
It arrived in a heavy box, with a small piece damaged. I contacted the seller and they replaced the piece immediately at no extra cost.
I highly recommend this product, it worth every dollar paid!

GREAT TABLE!
By Trina
We had absolutely no problems assembling the table. It went together in a snap, and we've been playing on it for a few months now. It's very sturdy and just what we wanted. We LOVE our table!!

Very disappointed with product and with customer service
By H K Jacobson
Amazon, in my opinion, should not be selling this product. From China, it looks to be reverse engineered, with some critical steps left out. It took close to three hours to assemble. The directions for the first step of assembly appeared at the end of the assembly manual. The manual started with step two. Assembly itself was reasonably straightforward, but the end product was a wobbly table with an uneven surface that tended to fold up on itself. We considered buying hardware brackets to shore it up, but decided instead to phone customer service for a refund. We were told the only way Amazon could refund the product was for us to disassemble and re-box it. We told them it weighs two hundred pounds, and was delivered attached to a pallet on a lift truck. No matter, rules are rules. All in all, I will have spent 5 hours building this product, and taking it back apart and trying to get it into its original packaging. Then we will have to wait for the delivery service to pick it up. What a waste of our time and energy. My recommendation: stay away from it. To make matters worse, the customer service rep I spoke with was unwilling to name a higher level contact to whom I could speak or write. This transaction has left me very disappointed with Amazon.
